Analusis is divided into two sections:

• a research section, which is mainly in English, publishes only refereed original manuscripts and is under the direction of a scientific editor and an editorial board.
• a dossier on a special subject.

The publication of Analusis has ceased with the last issue of 2000.

Analusis was continued by Analytical and Bioanalytical Chemistry in 2002.
